Shipton’s is a wonderful company to do business with! Their technicians, Bill and Richard were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. Shiptons was a delightful company to work with for our HVAC needs. We chose a 96% efficient variable speed two-stage furnace a Goodman made with Shipton's name on it! And we chose at King Home cold weather heat pump also high efficiency with a two-stage compressor and vapor injection technology. They included duct cleaning and were very thorough spending three hours cleaning the ducts and showed me the before and after pictures after the job was finished. Shipton’s came highly recommended from family members. The service team (Rob and Nigel) were very kind, affable and professional. Sadly, the issue with my A/C was greater than initially suspected but they navigated this quickly. The sales team got me a very good price and now I’m awaiting instal of my new unit.
We have been very satisfied with both our furnace and air conditioner that were purchased at Shipton's. We also have the maintenance package for both units. Recently Stephen performed the yearly inspection for the A/C and made sure it was in good working order for the season. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, explained everything to us clearly and assured us the system was in good working order. Thank you Shipton's! First, we have been contemplating a service package for our Furnace and A/C for a while. We like to support local and I always see Shipton's Trucks around. Came home on one evening and my wife said it was cool in the house. In the morning called Shipton's, signed up for the service package, and told them I thought there was an issue.
