Shiptons was a delightful company to work with for our HVAC needs. We chose a 96% efficient variable speed two-stage furnace a Goodman made with Shipton's name on it! And we chose at King Home cold weather heat pump also high efficiency with a two-stage compressor and vapor injection technology. Thank you Shipton's! First, we have been contemplating a service package for our Furnace and A/C for a while. We like to support local and I always see Shipton's Trucks around. Came home on one evening and my wife said it was cool in the house. In the morning called Shipton's, signed up for the service package, and told them I thought there was an issue. He explained everything in a way we could understand and provided us with the best options for repair. We are beyond grateful for his expertise, and commitment to great service. I had Shipton's install a gas fireplace last month, it was a wonderful experience. The installers were friendly, efficient and cleaned up beautifully after they finished the job. Yesterday we clearly had an issue with our furnace, the system kept clicking off. I called Shipton's in the afternoon and we had a technician here an hour later. Ralph identified the problem and we had heat again. Another great experience with Shipton's. I would recommend Shipton's to anyone wanting reliable, friendly and excellent service.
