Shipton’s is a wonderful company to do business with! Their technicians, Bill and Richard were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. Shiptons was a delightful company to work with for our HVAC needs. We chose a 96% efficient variable speed two-stage furnace a Goodman made with Shipton's name on it! And we chose at King Home cold weather heat pump also high efficiency with a two-stage compressor and vapor injection technology. They included duct cleaning and were very thorough spending three hours cleaning the ducts and showed me the before and after pictures after the job was finished. Shipton’s came highly recommended from family members. The service team (Rob and Nigel) were very kind, affable and professional. Sadly, the issue with my A/C was greater than initially suspected but they navigated this quickly. The sales team got me a very good price and now I’m awaiting instal of my new unit.
These guys are the best. I just had a new boiler, 2 hot water tanks and two heat pumps installed, and they were very professional, experienced and did a fantastic job. They tested the units, made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and answered all of my questions throughout the install. I would recommend Shipton’s Heating and Cooling for all of your house comfort needs.
Today I called last minute and spoke with the staff needed a service call on our heating and cooling unit. I was extremely impressed with Terry , Kelly and Kyle . Kyle came to our home same day I even got a call and text he was on his way, Kyle went through everything with me they called it an agenda Loved that. He completed the job in no time at all.
