We had a Bradford White power vented hot water tank installed a month ago. Shipton's provided us with the best quote and service both in arranging the contract and installing the tank. Our sales rep Amy was very responsive to our questions and very professional. They sent a team over within a day of signing the contract and the installation took an afternoon. Brian was the lead tech; he was professional, friendly, and his team did a great job installing the tank.
We have relied on Shipton's for HVAC service and installation since moving to Hamilton in 2001. Over the years they have serviced our equipment and in that time installed a new furnace, AC, and water heater. The most recent visit was to install a heat pump for our attic. Bill and Carter did excellent work. Punctual to start, tidy throughout and tolerant of our loud dog. We are extremely pleased we the result. We were very pleased with the results of our our initial service experience with Shipton's Heating & Cooling Ltd. Our heating and cooling system had not been serviced for some time and we wanted an assessment on the operating condition of this equipment. Josh, their technician was very thorough and professional in testing the systems and reported that they were in fair operating condition and did not require any repair at this time. Shiptons was a delightful company to work with for our HVAC needs. We chose a 96% efficient variable speed two-stage furnace a Goodman made with Shipton's name on it! And we chose at King Home cold weather heat pump also high efficiency with a two-stage compressor and vapor injection technology. They included duct cleaning and were very thorough spending three hours cleaning the ducts and showed me the before and after pictures after the job was finished.
