My older furnace quit on a cold day in February. I called a heating company who responded quickly and also quickly gave me a diagnosis. The fellow told me I needed a new motor but they didn't make that model anymore. If he could find something compatible, it would take approximately 6 weeks. He suggested I purchase a new furnace. Great service and an outstanding team. Every technician involved genuinely cared about their work and took pride in what they were doing. You can tell they are there to do the job properly and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. Amazing company to work with!! I had an issue with my furnace this past Saturday, and they were able to come out the same day, and have the problem fixed, all at an extremely reasonable price! The dispatcher I spoke to, Eddie, was very friendly and accommodating, and checked in through the day. My technician Ralph was so friendly and personable, very nice gentleman!! Thank you Shipton's for saving me on one of the coldest days of the year!

Bought a new water-heater from Shipton's and they provided excellent service. The technician spotted and fixed an issue from the previous installation by a different company--explains why we had a lack of hot water all this time. Now we have a new water heater, no more rental (nice), and best of all, we are enjoying a regular supply of hot water once again. Super job. Thanks Shiptons!
