Dr. Hirayama is very patient and gentle. She and her professional staff have changed my outlook on visiting the dentist. When she gives me a shot to numb my gums I don't even feel the needle, which like most people was one of my big fears. All the staff interacts with you while you're being treated. They are very respectful, always smiling, and all around a pleasure to be around. I've been her patient for about 10 years! Oh and they always have great music softly playing in the background.
Dr. Hirayama has been my family's Dentist for the past 20 years... more or less. We see her whenever we have a problem. She and her staff are always very professional and courteous. (Which is saying something in today's world of assembly-line dentistry.) Dr Hirayama takes our dental insurance and allows us to pay the rest on my credit cards. This has always worked well for us.
