The wait time was very long for this visit...almost an hour after my appointment time. That was the reason for a little lower score this time. However, I will say this is the first time I ever had to wait beyond my appointment time. Doctors and assistants are always very good. Never any issues. I'm very pleased with the group.

I have to compliment Nancy at Shore Cardiology who has the been very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. I had an issue with a prescription. It involved a $397.49 co-pay had not authorized but was charged for. I went ballistic and Nancy, thru her explanation, calmed me down and made me comfortable that it would work out. I am getting a full refund and the meds are being returned at OptumRX's expense. It was OotumRX's fault, and not Shore Cardiology.
