Started out by browsing Facebook marketplace and ended up with this beauty from south shore cycle. Justin the sales rep sold this bike with his basic customer service skills. Keeping in touch, responding to email and text messages, even before and after hours. I truly appreciate that. Looking forward to the next sale. Thanks again
Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a side by side that began leaking coolant everywhere on the first drive. I called to explain the situation and staff were extremely rude, unaccommodating, used raised voices, and offered no remedy apart from bringing it back for further service at my own cost (3 hour drive). Do not recommend dealing with Zach or the Sales Manager. Zero accountability and abysmal customer service.
They will not do a credit check unless I pay 1000 down and they do up a bill of sales, then I'd get to know what my intrest rate is, tryed talking to them and explaining I'm not going to buy somthing if I dont know how much the intrest will be and they was rude and said that's they dont waste there time for somone that's not 100% going to buy, so after that I called Valley Yamaha - Suzuki in port Williams, asked if they would do a credit check and the guy said sure that's his job and chuckled asked what I was interested in ... read more
I just wanted to give a shout out to Justin and his team at Shore Cycle Marine to making my daughter owning her first bike a dream come true. Started with Gregg in sales helping us find the perfect bike for her. A sweet Yamaha R3. He was persistent in finding us a bike and getting us a good deal. I bought a leftover 2023 Suzuki 650 VStrom from Mike Bourque and can’t say enough about how helpful and thorough was the entire experience. No high-pressure, just good, solid information and service throughout the entire process right down to the delivery to my house. A great crew at Shore Cycle.
