Its been over a year from what I thought was a pool that was crrectly installed by Shore Pools in Harbeson Delaware. Little did I expect major issues later that they did not address and didnt even call me back. Scratched fiberglass pool walls from their concrete pour, pool has shifted and was never backfilled correctly on my sun shelf so now its really uneven over 2 inches off and finally they used flex PVC piping that now has leaks and is not the standard rigid schedule 4o PVC that all other pool companies use. DO NOT USE SHORE POOLS. When they first installed our pool things seemed to go well - however immediately we found deep scratches in our fiberglass pool by their concrete people. They did not fix. Then the pool was installed out of level and they mentioned its fine. Which is well over the tolerance at over 2 inches out of level. Then a year later we found out they used flex PVC underground instead of the industry standard rigid schedule 40 PVC - now we have leaks. STAY AWAY FROM SHORE POOLS. They completely messed up our pool installation. They scratched our fiberglass pool gel coat. Pool was also installed unlevel and now is leaking. And they used flex pvc instead of the standard schedule 40 rigid pipe underground. Now we have to pay a real qualified pool company to come out and make expensive repairs. Sucks that they screw customers that way and the list is continues to grow. They also change their LLC to avoid negligence.
Do not use shore pools. Dug the hole wrong used round stone as backfill. Did not winterize equipment it leaked broken stand pipe spraying sand into the pool. Did not clean up the yard at all. Liars
Do not use shore pools llc. 11 months later my pool is not done, have missing and not working correctly equipment and my yard is unusable. My kids are besides themselves. Do not trust your project to Shore pools
