Everyone was friendly but professional. The one thing that could be modified was that I was able to hear the exchange between the staff and another patient while I was in the waiting area. The conversation was related to the reason for this patient’s visit as well as this person’s financial responsibility regarding it. In the interest of patient confidentiality this should take place somewhere else away from the front desk and waiting area.
