Great work and the communication was smooth. Mike did a great job and we were able to schedule the work to be done in a timely fashion. The woman who answers the phone was a pleasure to work with and helped me choose the right furnishings by answering my questions and getting Mike's input for me and was polite and friendly. I replaced a toilet and 2 bathroom sinks. Highly recommend!!!!
We recently had plumbing repairs and called Shorely Plumbing. Danielle, who answered the phone, wasn't only pleasant but offered guidance. On the day we were scheduled, Danielle called and texted to let me know they were running behind but would definitely be there. This confirmation was greatly appreciated. Mike did a wonderful job and explained all the issues clearly. Clean and efficient job!! Highly recommend Shorely Plumbing and will call them again for all of our plumbing needs!! Had an issue with our toilet and called Shorely Plumbing just after 9:00am and a human actually answered the phone! Danielle was so professional and personable.
