Five star review all due to the maintenance employee, Travis. Travis was available at all times of the day including weekends whenever we needed something fixed for our unit. Very attentive to service requests that we placed. Always was very friendly and professional. I have lived in various apartments over the last 8 years and his work was far and away the best I’ve experienced. Shoresmith is very lucky to have him!
This review and 5 star rating is for Travis in the maintenance team. Travis is hands down the best maintenance person I’ve ever come across. He’s incredibly efficient, always courteous and goes out of his way to say hello and be kind. I’ve seen him working tirelessly—even on weekends—making sure everything in the building runs smoothly. His dedication and work ethic truly stand out and we’re lucky to have him in the building
I love living at Shoresmith. With the exception of the disturbances from the neighboring street which is beyond the property management’s control, I think Shoresmith is a wonderful community to live at. The tenants keep to themselves, respectful of others, and mindful of keeping the common areas clean. The property manager, Tammy, is a kind lady who is quick to actiom on any request or questions. My move-in experience at Shoresmith Apartments over the past month and a half has been a bit of a nightmare, primarily due to zero ventilation in my apartment. The bedroom window has been broken since I moved in (a ~$5000 repair issue management apparently knew about beforehand but didn't disclose) and they refuse to fix it. WARNING. Repeated break-in’s to the garage area and building management takes no action. 3 homeless break-in’s to the garage in the last week, and have historically had my car window smashed in the garage too. The only reason this is not 1* is because of the building maintenance man Travis. Who truly works as if he lived here and owned this building.
