SCAMMERS‼️ BE CAREFUL I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in strictly for a routine oil change, and I clearly communicated this to my service advisor, Devin. I was in town for work when my vehicle experienced multiple electrical/software issues. I was very hot, literally, and bothered. It was as if from that point they decided to wow me with their communication and service. They pushed forward from issue to issue and communication was constant. The conclusion was unfortunate in that the error messages persisted and certain vehicle systems remained offline. However they had tested the system’s mechanically speaking. I always have a great experience at Honda. Their technicians do a great job at communicating. But this time around I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 because I went in to have over $5,000 worth of repairs, I had to cut into my emergency funds and then when I got the car returned to me it was absolutely filthy, full of dirty handprints all over my windshield and dirt and water drops all around, They couldn’t even run it thru their car wash for me. Tyler was amazing her was helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. I has some personal issues and I had a very important appointment I needed to go to and he made sure I was in and out With enough time to make my appointment. I’m so thankful for him
I worked with Austin and it was a pleasure to do so. He was honest and very straightforward as to what needed to be done. Knowing that I was embarking on a cross country trip, he suggested some additional services but wasn’t pushy. He kept me informed on the status of my van and I was in & out of the dealership in just over an hour.
