I typically do not love going to the dealer service center but thankfully I found my service advisor, Cassie, at Showcase Honda. She has been extremely helpful since the first time I went to her a couple of years ago and I have continued to return to her since. I highly recommend working with her as she is honest about what work is urgent, can be completed at a later date, etc. and goes above and beyond to help me understand and make the process as painless as possible, enjoyable even.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this dealership after leasing a Honda CR-V Hybrid in August 2023. During my initial inspection, I noticed significant damage like scratches, a damaged front grill. I reported this immediately, provided photos, and was promised by the service department that it would be fixed. To my surprise, buying a 2026 Honda CRV EX-L on 8/17/25, from Showcase Honda, was a pleasant experience for me. Thanks to the guidance & expertise of Atul "AJ" Sharma. Mr. Sharma offered pros & cons & very patient determining which model best suited for my need. This is after a Subaru test drive. Also, Richard E. The experience of buying was fine. But we are having a problem with customer service. When we came from Prescott to have the front film put on we were told to have the car there by 9 am. We did that. We went on to do others errands in Phoenix and came back around 11 when they said it would be done. It was not done until after 2 pm. We have only driven it 1000 miles since we bought it and it is saying it needs an oil change already. What happened to the certified part. I texted Joey but he has ignored me. Really not happy!

The work seemed fine, replace the body shield guard stuff. I have difficulty with the discrepancy in when oil should be changed. The car's notification system states every 10K change the oil. But, at 7,500, the service rep was trying to talk me into an oil change! I don't get it. So, I requested an official Honda Corp. listing of a maintenance schedule. There isn't one, apparently.
