I typically have a great experience here. My last one was weird. I showed up at service and got out of my car and no one would help me. There were 4 employees standing there laughing and talking and none of them acknowledged me. After a few minutes I interrupted them and asked them to help me as I had an appointment. That being said I think they fixed my bumper and that's not why I was there and I wasn't charged. Went in because I received lots of warning lots all at the same time. Turns out my oil filter was loose and leaking. Austin helped me through the whole process and was very organized. He was very trustworthy and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy! I will definitely be back to this Honda for any service or sales needs.

Service is hit or miss sometimes depending on the Rep that signs you in. I had a very and extremely unknowledgeable Rep to the point of annoyance!!!! I wonder if that person is still there. Unfortunately should not be that person’s line of work. Other times I’ve had good experiences with other Reps taking the time of making sure things were done properly and customers are satisfied.
They wanted 1100 to change a tail light, and that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. It takes the mechanics all day to incorrectly diagnose the problem (because they dont actual inspect the damage, rather just give it visual once over), and theres some communication breakdown thats happening between the mechanics and the representatives that ends up being confusing and nonsensical.
