We had a great experience renting a storage unit Elsa helped us with choosing the storage unit and signing the contract. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free for us. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
I’ve had a really good experience with Shurgard Alkmaar. During my move I accidentally left a trolley with some things behind. Rasha was super kind and kept it safe for me until I came by the office. It’s little things like that which make such a difference. The Shurgard staff are always friendly and helpful! I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you!
Main port broken for more than three weeks now, ridiculous suggestion to access via exit on the other end, which only opens from the inside. Queues and difficult parking inside are the consequence.
Everything was easy going and as expected. Lorenzo and George were very helpful. Explain everything very well and made our move in experience great! Totally recommend!
Rasha, Was very helpful in providing advice to get the best storage we needed! Im very thankful Rasha helped us. She was patience, helpful, and thinking along with what my needs were.
