I have been renting with Shurgard since 2021, starting with a normal rent of €193. Now it is supposed to become €404, more than double in just a few years. The recent 10% rent increase without a clear explanation is simply unacceptable. The only justification given is “high standards of service,” yet there is no visible improvement, upgrade, or added quality of service to justify these increases. Lydia is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns with patience. I will definitely recommend Shurgard Almere Buiten for any storage space requirements.
Closes too early in my opinion otherwise it is a good place
Excellent costumer service. I walked from the Albert heijn Google maps tricked me. It's on the other side of the road ! Putting a few tiles and a small fence where you can walk. And get quicker and easier to the building, would be a good investment.
