I have been renting with Shurgard since 2021, starting with a normal rent of €193. Now it is supposed to become €404, more than double in just a few years. The recent 10% rent increase without a clear explanation is simply unacceptable. The only justification given is “high standards of service,” yet there is no visible improvement, upgrade, or added quality of service to justify these increases.
