I really like the new manager SHAN, lovely gentleman who is polite, friendly, respectful and a huge help. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. I know now I have a great manager I can count on. Thank you Shan and very well done. Site is also very tidy and easy to access with the app.

I booked my unit at Shurgard Alperton for same-day storage via telephone and was told I had an hour to get there with my ID before closing. I arrived at 5:20 pm and met Keri-Ann, who assisted me through the process. Unfortunately, my phone wouldn’t allow me to download the app, and it took quite a while to get me connected — eventually, we had to use my partner’s phone.
