I booked my unit at Shurgard Alperton for same-day storage via telephone and was told I had an hour to get there with my ID before closing. I arrived at 5:20 pm and met Keri-Ann, who assisted me through the process. Unfortunately, my phone wouldn’t allow me to download the app, and it took quite a while to get me connected — eventually, we had to use my partner’s phone. Not even being funny here… this experience was joyful Seriously moving is stressful but this place actually brought joy to me! It’s amazing Plenty of parking They have trolleys and lifts to move your stuff They are open until 9pm every night.. even your first night. You don’t have to to meet anyone or fill out paperwork. It’s all in the app and sorted for you! Clean and climate controlled Wow

The whole place is dirty. Came back (after leaving my furniture in there for nearly 6 + months) to mouse droppings all over my stuff for my new place. Disgusting. I didnt expect there to be mice at a brand new storage unit. especially since I was on the second floor. Most of my furniture now has to be professionally cleaned. Not happy AT ALL.
AJ is the name of the individual that we was speaking to, we couldn’t get into our unit because the access code wasn’t working. We spoke to him today and it was a poor poor service accusing us. Would not recommend and will report to head office.
