DISASTROUS SERVICE. AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!! I rented a stora at that facility while I was travelling. Firstly, they charged me wrong amounts multiple times, and the manager isnt able to understand their own charging systems and invoices you wrong amounts and doesnt answer your emails. THERE WAS A ROBBERY AND A BUNCH OF LOCKERS WERE INVADED. I received a message from the manager saying that the storage was invaded. Avoid if possible. Bad and unreliable service. They are promising without delivering and the arrangement is unreliable with denying access out of office hours. Urgent arrangements at Schiphol cost me 500EUR. Shameful practice and service.
Roger has been super helpful for my case, only today we called 3 or 4 times. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent service when he didn't have to gain anything from. He has proactively contacted me to cancel one of my double booking. Please give him a high praise for his amazing customer skills
I have been asked by Shurgard to give a 5 stars review, unfortunately I can`t say it was perfect. The overall experience was still good with finding my belongings safe and dry 4 months after storaging them. Check-in process was swift and reception staff very helpful. I felt safe leaving my belongings behind. Then when I tried to contact with questions about retrieval of my belongings, I never got an answer to my numerous emails. I was very happy to have been able to leave my things at Shurgar. Covid pandemic started and I did not have a place to leave my things. Shurgard, apart from having a great price and high quality facilities and services also had the kindest people working there who were willing to help me fix my problems beyond what the contract required. Since I was an exchange student on my own having this support during my move was really important. I am thankful!
