Big shout out for Shurgard Bedford and Sam who dealt with our storage in a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional manner which helped enormously in getting our visit completed quickly with an excellent result. Can highly recommend Bedford store . From the initial call from Zoran after reservation, followed by call before moving day from Chris to make sure everything is ok and then on moving day Sam - the team is great , facility is spotless, service is well beyond expectations.
Chris is friendly, approachable, and happy to help. He makes things easier and ensures everything runs smooth, making every experience stress-free. And the price is competitive !!
We've been renting a couple of units here for over a year, the team are always a fantastic support for us and happy to help. More often than not Sam is helping us and going the extra mile, nothings ever too much trouble, great to work with
It has been 30 days since I vacated the unit, and I am still waiting to receive my £100 deposit back. Your invoices cannot be late for a day without you starting to call customers several times or adding an additional fee on top of it. I gave Chris all my bank details, and until today, I have not received my funds. If the refund takes up to 16 days, it has already been 30 days.
