The whole process went very smoothly. I downloaded the app beforehand which made checking in very simple, and the locker itself was easy to find. All my interactions with Shurgrad employees (over the phone and at the storage facility) were also pleasant and friendly. I trust that my stuff is in good hands!
Pierre was very helpful and showed us the unit and answered our questions thoroughly. Even helped with making sure we were getting the right size of a storage unit. He was very helpful in setting up the app for us as well. Went well above and beyond.
Thanks to Pierre for helping me with my payment issue, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Fantastic customer service. I had a payment issue with my app not taking my payments and tried various payment methods and the app kept saying the payments never went through after trying for days. All is good now and many thanks to you.
Great service at an unbeatable price. I couldn't recommend this storage space more. Shoutout to Robert and Pierre who were super helpful and attentive, and took the time to show me how everything works as it was my first time using a Shurgard storage. Gerne wieder!
The person who helped us, Pierre, was extremely helpful and very nice. He guided us through all the steps to use the facilities and even proposed us to easily change the unit that we had first chosen. We are very satisfied with his service
