Very helpful manager who also speaks English, followed up to make sure I could access the unit for the first time on a Sunday. Great service and an excellent facility.

The whole process went very smoothly. I downloaded the app beforehand which made checking in very simple, and the locker itself was easy to find. All my interactions with Shurgrad employees (over the phone and at the storage facility) were also pleasant and friendly. I trust that my stuff is in good hands!
