What an amazing experience. If only all companies were like this one, the world would be a better place. The place is huge, clean, safe and Tommy, the employee there, took great care of me. He explained everything with such great detail and went out of his way for me to feel comfortable. I highly recommend you use this storage place over any others. The experience was outstanding.
The whole process went very smoothly. I downloaded the app beforehand which made checking in very simple, and the locker itself was easy to find. All my interactions with Shurgrad employees (over the phone and at the storage facility) were also pleasant and friendly. I trust that my stuff is in good hands!
I was wrongly billed €160 instead of €80 because the company mistakenly charged me for two months. A 10-day payment deferral was mentioned when I first rented the unit — but they only demanded the money after the deadline had already passed, so I had no chance to use it and ended up paying €80 unnecessarily.
