The storage unit itself is perfectly fine. It's clean, secure, and I have no complaints about the actual facility. Unfortunately, the customer communication is another story. After signing up, I received what felt like endless calls (around 10 in the first week) and a constant stream of emails about various issues. It quickly became overwhelming. I moved from another city and needed to use the storage for some of my things. The entire process was very simple and fast for me, from signing up online to unloading directly on the day of the move - the storage, access etc everything was prepared by the team for me in advance, I was able to just come over and use the space on day 1. I’ve been very happy with the experience
The Best experience I’ve ever had totally professional, very friendly and courteous. They were the cheapest, but I would gladly pay double for the service I’ve had here excellent staff well done Shurgard
