Today I rented a storage unit, and everything was incredibly easy and straightforward. Manager Andrey explained every detail, showed me around, and was extremely attentive. Huge thanks to him! I highly recommend this place — it’s warm, secure, and really pleasant.
Lucia is amazing, she was so professional and provided such great service. She was also really friendly and spoke great English which was super helpful. She also cared which in a place like Berlin means a lot - some people get storage units because of break ups or passings or other stressful situations. It's nice to know Shurgard offers such great service!
