Lucia is amazing, she was so professional and provided such great service. She was also really friendly and spoke great English which was super helpful. She also cared which in a place like Berlin means a lot - some people get storage units because of break ups or passings or other stressful situations. It's nice to know Shurgard offers such great service!
Everything went smoothly, they even followed up to ask how it went. The mandatory insurance, which I find quite expensive, can be later cancelled with proof of (purchase of) own home insurance. The only downside is that they are hard to reach by phone - which I suppose is a matter of human resource limitation. Overall positive impression for a good price (if you get their deals) !
