It's an ordinary storage company with salespeople who try to appear human and empathetic to give a good image, build customer loyalty... but deep down, they only see you as a source of income to achieve their goals. Second time I have used the Shurgard service and frankly I am not really disappointed, I came across Kimberly, a very good advisor, who was able to find the right compromises to meet my storage needs.
