The service provided by Patrick at the Bonn Bornheimer location was simply 100% top ever since I made the appointment by phone all the way to the end of the process. Highly recommended.
Patrick is very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of questions regarding the storage space. Michael helped me a lot to be able to ensure that everything works perfectly.

Storage is good, but terms are not fantastic for customers. You either cancel 15 days in advance or pay for a whole extra month. Quite typical for Germany, I guess. The lady on the phone didn't speak English.
