Best service i could hope for, I did over the phone i dealt with Boutique noisy le sec shurgard Ahmed who provided me with the best service and a lot of empathy (I’ve had to store my deceased parents furniture)
Staff very helpful and friendly. The Shurgard phone app opens all gates and elevator too.
An ok storage company. They have multiple storage sizes which can adapt to your needs. They ARE NOT CHEAP! They are expensive unfortunately, but we have no other choice in proximity so I really hope they do something about their prices. So good points Staff kind Storage options Bad Price

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Shurgard Mérignac. Despite a clearly formulated and documented termination request in May 2024 to take effect in June 2024, this company continues to collect unjustified payments, without providing a clear solution. During our discussions, no precise procedure was communicated to us, which created completely avoidable confusion.
