Wendy was incredibly friendly and helpful- the self storage place is very accessible and easy to use.
I moved out of storage unit and into another. I wnet to hand my keys in and the staff member at Bow (Ryan) said that I don't have to hand keys in. Then I was charged double the amount because they sadi I hadn't taken out the lock. I also gave notice in advance but then kept receiving emaisl that I hadn't given notice and I hadn't moved out my unit when i had. Catalogue of errors due to the rude staff at Bow storage
