Disappointing reception staff, visited Sat 11 Jan 14:25. I’m going to vacate my unit after years of using Shurgard, and I don’t have a car since I’m not living in UK anymore. Politely asked the female staff at the desk what would other customers normally do when they don’t have a car only get answered she doesn’t know, and if there’s any recycling site and she replied no idea full stop (looking away).
