If I could give zero stars... Since they stopped offering à la carte storage, there's been no quality whatsoever, just price increases. Run away immediately! Amateurs! Your belongings aren't safe. Broken barrier. Gate wide open. Staff unreachable. This is going to stay open for days. It's shameful to pay for security that doesn't exist. We visited a storage unit today; it was our first time, as we had no prior experience with self-storage. We were pleasantly surprised! Cynthia, the receptionist, gave us a very warm welcome, and we were given a tour of the facility, which was very clean, by the way. Convinced, we left with a contract and an app to access our unit.
