Very impressed by this modern facility. It's a great location, the accessability is good and security most satisfying. Above all, the customer service is outstanding. I was helped by Soufiane, who was talking to other customers in three languages, and who gave me a warm welcome and explained everything in great detail. He went the extra mile to ensure my things were delivered in my absence.
I have been a customer for 3 years and was slightly late with paying 1 invoice (8 entire days!) and couldn't access my storage, as "the system" automatically blocks your access. I felt this to be very customer unfriendly, as we were stuck, in the rain, waiting for anyone from Shurgard to show up. The managers also ask for positive reviews, as happened to me, which I'm pretty sure goes against Google's review policy. Highly NOT recommended!
The digital code box was broken and I was stuck inside behind the gate. I called their number and a woman very rudely responded that there is nothing she can do about it. When I asked to connect me with someone who works there she also said that it’s not possible. After I insisted that she connects me with someone (she didn’t believe me that the code box didn’t work - all of them) she finally was able to connect me to the Shurgard staff at this location.
