The service is good and the website is well-maintained, that's for sure. However, the prices increase arbitrarily every six months. Okay, it's allowed by the contract, but the result is: a rental that started at €220 per month for a 14 m² storage unit ended up at €350 per month two years later. I then switched to a 5 m² unit, with a price of €92, which has now jumped to €111 per month. My advice: read the fine print of the contract carefully, and don't dwell on it.
