David, Richard & Kieran’s customer service has been 10/10. So helpful and polite. The whole process ran so smoothly thanks to them. A BIG thank you! I have knocked a star off for the experience I’ve had both times I had to contact the call centre. Not very knowledgeable and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them.
Not a good place if you got bigger items. They don't have enough trollies to move gods. The hallways are quite tight n lift is not big enough compared to the Farnborough one. You are 10 times better off using Farnborough one. This makes you buy their locks 🔒 as they got a special way of locking the doors. We find it difficult to move a 2 seater sofa through the hallways. No office here, so if you want to look at getting a Unit, you have to go to a different site to get one as this is not made clear on the website… so a bit of a waste of time luckily there’s a big yellow down the street!
From start to finish, dealing with Shurgard has been a pleasure. Talking to Richard, he was so helpful and made me feel at ease. So thank you. The staff were my storage unit is at are just as nice and make me laugh always. Lovely company thank you.
Had a small issue with the latch on our unit, zak happened to be o site doing an audit, I expected it to go on a list to be sorted, a few minutes later he reappeared and fixed on straight away, thanks. 😁
