Not a good place if you got bigger items. They don't have enough trollies to move gods. The hallways are quite tight n lift is not big enough compared to the Farnborough one. You are 10 times better off using Farnborough one. This makes you buy their locks 🔒 as they got a special way of locking the doors. We find it difficult to move a 2 seater sofa through the hallways. David, Richard & Kieran’s customer service has been 10/10. So helpful and polite. The whole process ran so smoothly thanks to them. A BIG thank you! I have knocked a star off for the experience I’ve had both times I had to contact the call centre. Not very knowledgeable and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them.
No office here, so if you want to look at getting a Unit, you have to go to a different site to get one as this is not made clear on the website… so a bit of a waste of time luckily there’s a big yellow down the street!
I find Shurgard and previously Lok n Store to provide an exceptional customer experience. The fabulous team are always accommodating, super friendly whilst remaining constantly professional. Chris, the recent manager is a great asset to the Hawley team 👏. Nothing is too much trouble ensuring customer experience at all times. Thank you. 🫶
