David, Richard & Kieran’s customer service has been 10/10. So helpful and polite. The whole process ran so smoothly thanks to them. A BIG thank you! I have knocked a star off for the experience I’ve had both times I had to contact the call centre. Not very knowledgeable and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them.

Very happy with the service, Daniel from customer service guided me trough registration, offered a good size storage, perfect for my needs. I love the upgrade to Bluetooth locks and all mobile online dealing with the renting.
