The phone sales team were great to set things up. And Rob in the Cardiff store was brilliant. Very helpful and professional.
Did loads of research and decided this was the best storage to go for. Rob spent loads of time with me at my first visit explaining how everything worked, and when I came back to book it was seemless. Edit- I now have my unit and moving in was easy. Sarah rang to make sure everything was ok, and to make sure I knew how to manage my account via the app. She was really helpful.
