Sarah is super friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything so clearly and when I needed to move my storage back by one week it was very easy. Robert is great and helped me immensely with a stressful situation on the day I was moving house - he went out of his way to help. A really nice facility clean and tidy modern and easy to use – Bluetooth technology to access is brilliant also.
Excellent service from Shurgard Cardiff. Online reservation and app set-up worked really smoothly. The storage unit was spotless, and the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Faultless transaction, the female Shurgard colleague was professional and informative from the outset. She explained the process calmly and with confidence, provided a tour of the facility, presented the available unit suitable for my needs.
