What an excellent storage facility in Cardiff. Rob was a brilliant host and showed us all the workings in a very clear manner. He went through everything and we had absolutely no problems accessing the unit and we are really impressed with the safety and accessibility of the storage unit. Rob is a great asset to Shurgard. Having the app is a game changer for ease of use.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Rob for being such a great help. He was extremely professional, kind, and approachable throughout the whole process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he took the time to make sure everything was clear and stress-free. Excellent service and a genuine credit to the company. Highly recommended

Had an urgent query about billing and Rob picked up the call and was very understanding. He also had helped me with more information about prices for other branches without hesitation. Really delightful to deal with.
