Sarah is super friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything so clearly and when I needed to move my storage back by one week it was very easy. Robert is great and helped me immensely with a stressful situation on the day I was moving house - he went out of his way to help. A really nice facility clean and tidy modern and easy to use – Bluetooth technology to access is brilliant also.
Rob was super helpful in sorting me out with my storage and showing me around the facility. He’s been super quick and prompt at replying to any queries that I’ve had. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would!
Excellent service from Shurgard Cardiff. Online reservation and app set-up worked really smoothly. The storage unit was spotless, and the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Rob was really nice to me and my partner as we were trying to access our storage. He was really clear and easy to understand as he helped us when using the Storage App to access our storage on a Sunday.
Faultless transaction, the female Shurgard colleague was professional and informative from the outset.
