Did loads of research and decided this was the best storage to go for. Rob spent loads of time with me at my first visit explaining how everything worked, and when I came back to book it was seemless. Edit- I now have my unit and moving in was easy. Sarah rang to make sure everything was ok, and to make sure I knew how to manage my account via the app. She was really helpful.
Helpful staff, explained the process in great detail. Rob and colleagues all very knowledgeable and patient with first time users. Good clean and spacious facilities with secure storage.
