I found out about the storage from a Google search. To be honest, I found it hard to believe that they had an offer for £1 for the first month. It was real! On arrival, we parked our van in a beautiful car Park. We were given VIP reception by Cheryl and her Manager. The premises are a State of Art, brand new and sparkling clean. I also like the technology and security system is very straightforward and convenient. Thanks Cheryl for ensuring that our Check went smoothly. It took away the stress of moving house.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured I got the right unit for my needs, and even gave me some great security tips. Brilliant customer service from start to finish, super quick and easy to book at a great cost, easy to find and the storage units are easily accessible, I also love how much space you have for loading and unloading, an absolute win when your storing half your homes content, a lot of privacy and space to do this. Avoid at all cost! They’ll up price of your unit whenever they want. Increases they claim are to maintain high standards and the best customer service. High standards, meaning customers have dealt with hideous smells from blocked toilets, lifts out of service, entry code machines not working! Best customer service, Terry ‘The Store Manager’ at the Chadwell Heath branch has the people skills of a frog! If you’re looking at self storage I’d advise you didn’t take out a unit here.
