I found out about the storage from a Google search. To be honest, I found it hard to believe that they had an offer for £1 for the first month. It was real! On arrival, we parked our van in a beautiful car Park. We were given VIP reception by Cheryl and her Manager. The premises are a State of Art, brand new and sparkling clean. I also like the technology and security system is very straightforward and convenient. Thanks Cheryl for ensuring that our Check went smoothly. It took away the stress of moving house.
Booking our unit online was extremely easy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on the day. The building itself is clean and secure and easy to navigate.
Found the online order process very straight forward. Cheryl at the depot reception was highly professional, efficient, and very helpful. Couldn't have had a better first-time experience with Shurguard.
Can’t say how amazing Cheryl was at the Chadwell Heath branch! I’d gone to view a couple of units before this one, and all I can say is that she sold it to me! Super professional, warm, and an amazing smile; a true credit to your company. Can’t recommend Shurgard enough. The app is really easy to use too which helps too.
I had a very bad experience with the STORE MANAGER. His name was Terry. I gave my 15 days notice to end my rental period. Despite this I still continued to receive invoices for the upcoming month. I called up to get this rectified and Terry remained adamant that they did not receive my notice. He was extremely unhelpful and offered no sort of resolution.
