Edward is polite and nice. The service is efficient and fast, he gave me all the information I needed about the access and the trolley. I needed to move the date one day earlier and it’s done very fast with new copy of the contract. 🫡🫡🫡
They offer the first month for 1€, but you have to be careful, there are other expenses that mount up to more than the regular monthly rate of the unit. Also, I requested the unit in the middle of a month (day 16) and charged me for 1 month and a half although I only needed it for 1 mo. I ended up paying 75€ for the smallest unit and the smallest time-period. Apart from that, the unit and facilities were nice, safe and easy to access.
Edward was so helpful and friendly. The storage facilities are very clean and organised. Also the app access is very convenient. Only good things to say about my Shurgard experience!
