Bad experience, they only send the paper bill without noticing via email, and when the deadline is passed, they send you the email and hired debt collection companies to threaten you and ask you to pay extra fees. P.S. I‘ve sent a email asking for clarification weeks ago but no response
I had a great experience with this storage facility. Jeetin, the phone operator, was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions clearly and made the process extremely easy. He also took the time to walk me through the process and help me with signing the final contract. Highly recommend!
