I was charged €5 for paper monthly invoices for the months July and August 2025 respectively without any warning or information about the fact that without my email address, this company had the right to charge me for the paper invoices that i received for the very first timeonly now after 11 years doing business with them!
Janette was super helpful and kind when helpping me out. She got me sorted for what size of room I needed and took her time to explain me all the details of the contract. Thanks again!
