I wanted to rent one square meter and they put me to sign 2 square meters contract and paid too much for what i actually needed, and they also did not give the promotion that is advertised . I was told on the phone that 1 square meter is available and at the reception they didnt bother to show it.

Incompetent. After I’ve closed the contract online and paid the required payment, i was told that I must come to this Branche to close the deal, I traveled from Dubai to Essen and paid for the transportation of my stuff to be brought from Stuttgart to this warehouse. Suddenly I was told, it is not allowed to put my stuff there and they cancelled my contract. Not professional, not recommended at all.

The staff is very friendly. The warehouse has cameras installed so it's safe. If you are looking for a smart warehouse, this may not be for you as you have to do all the receiving of goods etc. yourself.
