Staff were exceedingly helpful especially Rachel. She took time to show me the different unit sizes as I wasn't sure of the size I needed. She explained all my options, and when I needed to downsize later on she made the process very easy. Very impressed with the cleanliness and dryness of the units as this was something I had been worried about. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a storage unit.
Carmen and Cole were amazing. The unit we booked was an upstairs but i cannot do stairs as the access lift is only for items, they organised a downstairs unit instead for us. Nothing was too much trouble both a credit to the company
Using the store at Fareham. Staff are very helpful and showed us around before booking. Booking system was very straightforward online. Store is very clean and there is the option to use long or shorter trolleys. Use of storage outside of office hours without a problem. Very good storage facility.
Carmen was very helpful when we realised the unit we had booked was too small. She showed us a couple of others, listening to our requirements and advising.
I signed up for a unit today and Carmen was an absolutely lovely lady who showed us around and how to use the app, she was so helpful and chatty making the process easy and stress free, a real credit to the company - give her a pay rise!
