Excellent self storage solutions. The customer service is brilliant and Carmen the assistant store manager is very kind and helpful. I have previously used another self storage company and the customer service there was terrible so Shurgard will always get my vote. The entry system is safe and secure and I cannot fault the company at all.

My work company have a unit at shurgard and I needed the app to have access to it out of hours via the security gate . Carmen was amazing and extremely helpful when I needed assistance setting up the app . She even checked that the phone unlocked the gate correctly. It lovely to have a smiling face to welcome and assist you.
Great friendly welcome, and dispite I had initially selected the incorrect unit size for my storage needs, Carmon was able to instantly assist and allocate me a larger unit. This was excellent customer service and dealt with all the amendments in a professional manner
A warm welcome and convenient service is guaranteed at Shurgard in Fareham. I recently moved-out after more than 5 years of service. Although the prices have recently increased, I've noticed that they are presently installing a security barrier to enable them to offer opening hours beyond when it's normally staffed.
