Using the store at Fareham. Staff are very helpful and showed us around before booking. Booking system was very straightforward online. Store is very clean and there is the option to use long or shorter trolleys. Use of storage outside of office hours without a problem. Very good storage facility.
Carmen and Cole were amazing. The unit we booked was an upstairs but i cannot do stairs as the access lift is only for items, they organised a downstairs unit instead for us. Nothing was too much trouble both a credit to the company
Carmen was very helpful when we realised the unit we had booked was too small. She showed us a couple of others, listening to our requirements and advising.
We have used this storage facility regularly over the last few years. The staff team are what make this such a nice place to come to. Carmen especially can't do enough for you. Friendly, warm and professional, and especially patient when I couldn't work the new technology! If ever we need storage facilities again we will be back.
Absolutely first class, popped in late in the day as my id verification wasn’t working online and the lady at the desk could not have been more helpful, sorted my id problem with no fuss, set me up on the App and have me a tour. If only everything was that easy!😁
