A warm welcome and convenient service is guaranteed at Shurgard in Fareham. I recently moved-out after more than 5 years of service. Although the prices have recently increased, I've noticed that they are presently installing a security barrier to enable them to offer opening hours beyond when it's normally staffed.
Horrible experience. Sign on front of building says no minimum stay. False. Paid for 1 month cleared out belongings 10 days before end of the month. On leaving they demanded we pay for an additional month because we had to give 15 days notice. When booking no one told us this, their reply was we should have read their terms and conditions as they don't give customers this detail. Asked to speak with someone higher up they refused. Even asked for an email for their boss and they refused.
Really good service received from Carmen, competitive prices and safe to store. I will recommend.

Easy to book online. The facilities are very clean and dry ( I think it's important to know due to English weather). All my kept belongings are in great condition. Easy access from motorway , it's quick to get here avoiding the traffic. The storage is very well equipped with a big lift and trollies. Good working hours! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you 😄
