Kayla provided excellent advice about my long standing account with Shurgard and she helped me to sort out insurance for my unit. Kayla was helpful, professional and polite. She then advised me to download the app and answered all my questions on compressing the volume of the goods in my unit. Kayla did not solicit this feedback, in fact I had to insist.
Would recommend. Useful app. Helpful staff - especially Kayla when I rang up- she explained everything to me in a clear way and was very helpful.
