Impeccable and Professional service from Catherine today (14 July) working at the Forest Hill branch. Very grateful for this experience and I will be back and recommend the service of Shurgard in the future. Thank you!
Kayla and Thaj. I would like to express that these two members of your company should be rewarded for their GREAT service. I was deciding to leave and they both were very supportive in helping make the right decision to stay here. I love them both I can’t thank them enough.
I’m always very happy with the service and support I receive from the team at Shurgard Forest Hill, especially the manager, Kayla. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and consistently supportive with anything related to my two units, which I’ve had since 2019 and 2024. I’m now looking to combine them into one larger space, and she guided me through the options earlier this year with great patience and dedication. After all these years, her care and reliability stand out. Thank you 🤩
Really happy with the service Kayla provided. Very helpful, patient and polite. Thank you! And I highly recommend.
Thaj was excellent doing his job . He went above and beyond. Very friendly and he was superb at explaining everything 10/10
