This review is for Thaj, who provided excellent customer service both on the phone and in person recently. On the phone, he was polite, helpful and clear. On the day of my visit, he continued to assist in an exemplary manner, changing my account from one unit to another, in a seamless and quick way. He was positive and cheerful too. Thank you, Thaj
Catherine was very helpful with showing me around and explaining how things works and answering my questions during check-in. Unfortunately during the actual move in later that evening (outside office hours) the lift was not working. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it working. called shurgard - no response. called the lift company - said shurgard had to call them directly and that it would take at least 4 hours to send an engineer over. there was no help with the lift situation, and due to my tight deadline, we had to c... read more
Kayla at Forest Hill Shugard was brilliant at showing me how it all worked and explained everything clearly. All moved in nicely and feeling organized so thank you Kayla and team! 😊
The unit is clean, and easy to access. The young lady who helped with booking the unit also helped to set up the App on my phone. She was polite and very helpful. I know my property is safe and clean, which putes one's mind at ease.
Big shout out to Thaj who was ultra helpful and friendly. Took me through the whole set up and “how to use” details and recommended the best option.
