A very friendly welcome from Kevin at the reception desk, and everything went absolutely smoothly. The storage units are clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Parking is available, and the system is easy to understand. All in all, a positive experience!
A disaster from start to finish! I couldn't access my warehouse for half a year because they couldn't send me my access code. Everything was done online, from signing the contract to paying, but the code is subject to data protection. I couldn't reach them by phone, and no one was there in person. Furthermore, the warehouse is completely overpriced. It worked much better and was also significantly cheaper with Prime.
1:30 PM June 23, 2025 I hate to give a star, but the employee is in a really bad mood. First, the employee made us wait 20 minutes. When she arrived, When we asked for a cost estimate, she said we should get it online because she couldn't provide one. You can't get a cost estimate online for the time period we needed. Then she rudely said she had to "go up" with a customer again and wait again. Simply brushed off, zero service quality. No laughing. No desire to work. And no idea how to deal with customers. Never again...
