Robert definitely knows his business and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in clarifying everything that is relevant when looking for storage space. Great service, and in perfect English too! A total of one hour to process a rental and ensure clarity, absolutely a great achievement!
It would be nice if the opening times were updated. I was standing in front of locked doors and couldn't move into the rented compartment, which made the entire monthly rent and the compartment itself unnecessary... written Saturday 6:00 p.m Edit: I've now found the entrance. It's just a shame if my locker number isn't on the floor that's available to me and no one can be reached by phone.
