This used to be Pickens Storage, but since they changed to Shurgard I lost my access to my locker because they killed the app and the door locker only opens thru that app. Very bad support that doesn't solve the problem. No phone number that works, no one at the site. Be aware, if you hire here I'll be alone with simple issues regarding access.

So I can't help but give Klaudia & the team from Shurgard Team Wandsbek 5 stars 🌺.. From the advice to the prices to the question of whether everything went OK when we moved in, that's 5 stars for me +++. It's rare to find such friendly and competent staff. The warehouse (the whole building) is clean and tidy and easy to use via the app. They just thought of everything. I would happily recommend it 👍🏼
