This used to be Pickens Storage, but since they changed to Shurgard I lost my access to my locker because they killed the app and the door locker only opens thru that app. Very bad support that doesn't solve the problem. No phone number that works, no one at the site. Be aware, if you hire here I'll be alone with simple issues regarding access.

We visited the Shurgard storage facility on Holstenhofweg and were advised by Marcel. Since we had no idea beforehand how large a storage unit we needed, he listened briefly to what we wanted to store and immediately gave us a very accurate estimate of the appropriate size. In the end, it was exactly right. Furthermore, he explained everything clearly and simply, took his time, and was consistently very friendly and helpful.
