Fantastic service! Completely saved our lives needing emergency service. Debbie was amazingly helpful, getting us the perfect t size storage room. Highly recommended.
I have only been with Shurguard in hedge end for a few weeks. But the place is extremely clean. When I first went my storage unit. I met Debbie who has such a lovely way about her and she was so helpful and so pleasant and makes you feel really welcome and looked after. I also met Jeff yesterday and he is helpful too. Debbie both setup our contract and has now gone through the closing paperwork with me and honestly she is exactly the person you want to be met with when entering a business. She is kind and friendly and eager to help and make things as easy as possible. Cannot fault Debbie's service.
Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent rental offers, easy to access storage unit, easy to park, trolleys available every time we’ve been, clean and tidy general areas. Jeff and Karen were absolutely brilliant in assisting us, both were really lovely helpful people with superb customer service ethics.
