I have recently signed up to a storage unit at Shurgard, Hedge End. The set up process was so simple online. The app makes account management really easy and also gives access to the building so you don’t need codes etc. Each unit looks to be alarmed individually, so security at this site is good. I had a couple of questions when. I visited the site, Karen was very helpful and service was friendly. The cost for the unit is really good compared to a couple of other well known companies. Thank you.
Jeff was incredibly helpful in getting the unit set up, and allowed me to have a quick look inside the unit before renting it as I was unsure as to the exact size I'd need. He made sure to go through all the paperwork and explain anything I was unsure of. A very friendly and transparent service and excellent customer service, 10/10 for Jeff!
Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with, incredibly friendly and down to earth! We were well informed throughout every step of the process and had a suitable unit sorted in no time. Would absolutely store here again!
