Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent rental offers, easy to access storage unit, easy to park, trolleys available every time we’ve been, clean and tidy general areas. Jeff and Karen were absolutely brilliant in assisting us, both were really lovely helpful people with superb customer service ethics. Very impressed with Shurgard. Easy access to storage with Bluetooth so can go anytime. Jeff in the hedge end branch has been very helpful throughout. Whether that be staying late to let us move stuff in (pre-Bluetooth) to closing the storage. Very impressed with his service. For closures, 15 day cancellation notice is, 15 days before invoice is issued.
Jeff, Debbie and Karen were excellent in sorting out some challenging timings and combinations of our two storage units. Even when we changed our mind on starting dates and a particular unit, they handled our requests professionally, efficiently and with great understanding. Shurgard Hedge End is a brilliant local find!
I have recently signed up to a storage unit at Shurgard, Hedge End. The set up process was so simple online. The app makes account management really easy and also gives access to the building so you don’t need codes etc. Each unit looks to be alarmed individually, so security at this site is good. I had a couple of questions when. I visited the site, Karen was very helpful and service was friendly. The cost for the unit is really good compared to a couple of other well known companies. Thank you.
Jeff was incredibly helpful in getting the unit set up, and allowed me to have a quick look inside the unit before renting it as I was unsure as to the exact size I'd need. He made sure to go through all the paperwork and explain anything I was unsure of. A very friendly and transparent service and excellent customer service, 10/10 for Jeff!
