Absolutely fabulous experience, excellent rental offers, easy to access storage unit, easy to park, trolleys available every time we’ve been, clean and tidy general areas. Jeff and Karen were absolutely brilliant in assisting us, both were really lovely helpful people with superb customer service ethics. Just started renting my unit at Shurgard (Hedge End) and I have to say the staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming Jeff in particular was super helpful on my first visit and I recognised after the tour I needed a larger unit - all changed very quickly and efficiently. Access is super easy using the app and the removal process was super smooth. Thank you - would recommend.
Very impressed with Shurgard. Easy access to storage with Bluetooth so can go anytime. Jeff in the hedge end branch has been very helpful throughout. Whether that be staying late to let us move stuff in (pre-Bluetooth) to closing the storage. Very impressed with his service. For closures, 15 day cancellation notice is, 15 days before invoice is issued.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Jeff who kindly showed me around. The building itself is brilliant, wide doors, large lift and easy access all round. No complaints whatsoever, I’m glad I chose shurgard hedge end.
I have recently signed up to a storage unit at Shurgard, Hedge End. The set up process was so simple online. The app makes account management really easy and also gives access to the building so you don’t need codes etc. Each unit looks to be alarmed individually, so security at this site is good. I had a couple of questions when. I visited the site, Karen was very helpful and service was friendly. The cost for the unit is really good compared to a couple of other well known companies. Thank you.
