Very poor experience with Shugard Heerenveen. I was charged for days that I should never have been charged for, and despite contacting the staff, they have not refunded my money. They also advertise that if you already have your own lock, they will refund the cost of the one they sell you, but there is no clear way to return it and get that refund. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and it feels like they try to charge you for everything they can. I would not recommend this location

This place is amazing. Clean and very organised. If you want to save items that’s the perfect place.
Shurgard Self-Storage Heerenveen. They kept putting the monthly payment up and up. It started at 29.99 a month and went 66.00, then to 77.00 then to 86.92! We have just ended our contract. Never again!! Edit: we had an email yesterday saying it’s going up to 98.71 in December. That’s a 70% increase in 2 years. Unbelievable!
