I had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me. They explained everything clearly and even helped me pick the right size unit. The place is clean secure and easy to access but what really stood out was how friendly and supportive the team were. Samuel was very polite and helpful when we called to discuss how to cancel our contract. He made it very simple and quick. The storage facility is really clean, tidy and easy to access. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Will use again as and when needed.
Process of renting unit online easy and straightforward, staff at the Hemel branch friendly and very helpful, needed to downsize unit and this was all done same day. Highly recommend the Hemel branch.
