I rented a unit here for some time and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole place is exceptionally clean – both outside and inside. You can really see that everything is well looked after and properly maintained. It always felt safe, organised and professional. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Sorina was absolutely fantastic! She helped us last minute to get a unit to store our sofa which didn’t fit. And today we finally ended our need for the unit and Sorina was at the desk yet again with a lovely smile and remembered me. She helped end so quickly and efficiently. Defo recommend shurgard and Sorina for her excellent customer service!
We had an issue with getting our unit access details even though we'd payed and completed the identification process the previous day. We called and spoke to Samuel he took the time and had patience to listen our request and resolved the issue promptly, Samuel was reassuring and delivered really good customer service. Many Thanks
Very clean storage unit, with many choices of size of unit, easy to park and access the unit. Prices are reasonable and the best I found in the area. Staff are really friendly and supportive. I would recommend.
I had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me. They explained everything clearly and even helped me pick the right size unit. The place is clean secure and easy to access but what really stood out was how friendly and supportive the team were.
