Semira was WONDERFUL and very helpful. Just as we turned up another customer was having a go at her. She didn’t deserve to be treated like that. Anyway she handled it brilliantly. And when it came time for her to deal with us she was fantastic. So helpful. Thank you Semira!

Made a reservation which was cancelled without warning after a week (says they’d hold it for 30 days), so I re-reserved and then rang me 17 times in 9 days, every single time I explained I was at work, and would be from 7:15am to 7:45pm Monday-Thursday, yet not once did they call on a Friday. Shurgard in Herne Hill is the perfect place to have extra storage. Shown around by Farid who explained the app & security which is very easy to use. Everything here is so secure and clean. So happy I found this place. Still deciding on 65ft or 100ft. Prices are very reasonable. Hope to declutter quickly but also not stressed as it’s affordable to keep the unit for a few months whilst we sieve through our clutter !! Highly recommended. Thank you
