I called into the Herne Hill site a few days ago, then today to make a reservation for a storage unit. Semira and Catherine on each occasion, were amazing. They answered all my questions, and helped me get an idea of the unit sizes, so I would be best placed to make the right choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Catherine helped out quickly and swiftly, after having set up my account online and we were in our unit within 15 mins of turning up to the site. Having not had a unit for a couple of years, she gave us a tour and showed us how to get around easily using the app on our phone. Made us laugh after a stressful day of moving! :)
