There was a good informations about several options that i asked about. Just visiting and asking was enough to decide what I want, and I was able to use my room from that day.
I experienced excellent service here. Starting with the way my telephone call was handled, they had no issue dealing with me in English and answering all of my questions. When I attended the store to view the unit and finalize the contract, staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. I felt very much at ease and left completely satisfied.
I visited here to get moving boxes. I ended up with buying 10 big boxes. The lady there was super nice, I asked a lot of questions and she answered nicely. She also recommended me box that would be suitable for me.
I've been a Shurgard - Clevischer Ring customer for over 7 years, and I have nothing to complain about. On the contrary! The staff are absolutely awesome. The storage center is clean, well-lit, and cosy.
