First time in Shurgard Köln and a great experience, both online and in the storage place with the staff. Also with the access to the storage place. I strongly reccomend it!
Aynur was so kind and supportive! I’m not a good Deutsch speaker so I struggled a lot but she helped me so much with lots of patience. Thank you very much 🥹❤️❤️
The attendants answered all my questions nicely and happily. Very good service
Really helpful staff and helped to get the best option!
Aynur is great helpful! Saved my life! Very patient and efficient! I thank her very much!
