Before deciding to store my valuable items with them, I made a point to call their office to inquire about the reliability of their ventilation system, as the items I intended to store were not only expensive but also susceptible to damage under poor conditions. I was reassured that Shurgard was the premier choice for my storage needs. However, upon returning to retrieve my belongings after 2 months, I was met with a shocking scene.
