Great experience arranging my storage in Kennington. Patrice was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process — professional, friendly and very clear when explaining the options and pricing. She made everything quick and stress-free, and the facility itself was clean, secure, and well organised. A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Souf and Patrice are always willing to help where they can. Storage unit in great condition, absolute peace of mind that my belongings were safe. Whole place clean and well maintained. Easy, good, regular access. Absolutely no issues. I cannot recommend highly enough!! What I'd hoped for and more! Soufian at Knightsbridge was impeccable, I was in a rush and he sorted me out with the right unit quickly and didn’t drag anything out. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about helping, not just ticking boxes. Great experience overall - big thanks to him.
