Exceptional Great Service Given By Both Ashley & Ravi. Very Helpfull, Patient, Knowledgeable And Friendly. Nothing Was TO Much Or To Less For Them and Each Of My Worries And Questions Were Answered TO. A Very Happy Customer.
We rented a unit as we were moving house and the service was great from signing up to returning the unit. Staff are really nice and helpful and the units are very clean and well laid out with plenty of trolleys to move items. The app to open the gates and doors us really handy. If we ever need storage in the future we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Ravi service was outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable who made renting a unit seamless. He ensured all my needs were met efficiently. I highly recommend Shurgard services for a stress-free storage experience!
Initial review was based on them getting our business. Once they got it service went downhill. Got the unit size wrong, then tried to charge extra. Prices were not as agreed with regular and frequent attempts to charge us more and rip us off. Glad we didn't need them gor too long. Staff have no manners. Went today to buy bubble wrap. Without looking up from his screen. Was told they no longer sell it. So glad they have competition open up around the corner. This might make them buck their ideas up.
Lok’nStore has been extremely cooperative and prompt with their service. They offered to collect and store my items even before my arrival into the UK. They showed a lot of flexibility in the initial paper work as well as everything was completed on remote for me. Iain, especially has been very responsive and cooperative all throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well-kept in addition to the economic services offered.
