Had a very good customer service from a young man who took us of a tour to our unit. It was excellent and a demonstration of passion and knowledge of his job. Good customer service is not just visible, but it can be felt.

We rented a unit as we were moving house and the service was great from signing up to returning the unit. Staff are really nice and helpful and the units are very clean and well laid out with plenty of trolleys to move items. The app to open the gates and doors us really handy. If we ever need storage in the future we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
