Great storage. Incorrect hours are listed. Wasted my time. Closes at 20:00 not 21:00. Very annoying.
I just simply love how sugar gets everything right and easy to do. From the checking of crosses to the checkout the whole experience is quite simple, online and the facility is well equiped to move and arrange your stuff in the box. I liked Les Ulis because os a fair distance away from Paris with medium ease of access. Totally recommend!
I took possession of my storage unit yesterday after a very smooth and easy contract signing with Iverson. The warehouse is very clean and easy to access thanks to the app. The follow-up with all the people I dealt with was always light, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend!
I contacted Shurgard Les Ulis to get a quote for a 7m² storage unit. They explained that they don't provide quotes because their prices supposedly change daily. I asked for at least an estimate or a price range, but they told me it was impossible, that even that range could double from one day to the next, and that they could only guarantee a price if I signed a contract immediately. I find these practices very questionable and lacking in transparency.
I had the opportunity to speak to Iverson at the switchboard. He was very efficient, professional, and friendly. Everything went very smoothly, and he answered all my questions very quickly. Excellent service and staff. Thank you, Iverson.
