It’s early days yet but I’m hopeful that the team here are great. Ones I’ve seen briefly seem great always stop to ask if assistance is required which is lovely! (didn’t get that at the last one) And the fact they follow up the next day to check if everything went okay and discuss any issues. 5stars is definitely what they need thanks you
Kane the manager was really helpful. Space was perfect size too. Access hours would be beneficial if extended on weekends only reason why not 5 stars!
Clean, tidy and plenty of sizes and floors to choose from and plenty of parking spaces. I had issues that were dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Dealt with Mike and Tricia, both were lovely and always willing to help and support. Would reuse again and highly recommend.
Great storage facility close to Manchester City centre, second time I’ve used them now and the prices are very reasonable. Large storage containers with plenty space inside. Easy to set up and access the units very quickly.
Incredibly helpful group of people at a very stressful time for myself. Kane and James both provided useful solutions with a friendly approach and were happy to help through-out the process!
