I just booked a storage space with Shurgard, and the agent who assisted me over the phone, Christine Trautmann, was absolutely wonderful. She guided me through every step of the reservation process with patience and professionalism, making everything smooth and stress-free. I’m now looking forward to starting my contract with Shurgard and hope the rest of the team is as friendly and understanding as Christine. Thanks for a great experience so far

Top company to keep your stuff safe. Customer Service at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. The process to rent a box was very easy going.
