I just booked a storage space with Shurgard, and the agent who assisted me over the phone, Christine Trautmann, was absolutely wonderful. She guided me through every step of the reservation process with patience and professionalism, making everything smooth and stress-free. I’m now looking forward to starting my contract with Shurgard and hope the rest of the team is as friendly and understanding as Christine. Thanks for a great experience so far
Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very easy to use the storage with the app (sometimes it requires access code manually).
Unfortunately was out of my price range but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr Matthew Loads who helped me a lot in particular
