I highly recommend this Shurgard center! The facilities are clean, secure, and very easy to access, making storage truly hassle-free. A huge thank you to Philippe, the customer service representative, who was absolutely fantastic! His warm welcome, professionalism, and expert advice allowed me to find the perfect solution in no time. It's rare to meet someone so dedicated and friendly. You can go there with complete confidence; the customer service is simply impeccable!
Although the initial reception was impeccable, I am unfortunately forced to give a negative review following my unfortunate experience. Several thousand euros worth of professional equipment was stolen from my storage unit. I had complete confidence in them and their security system. A self-storage facility has only ONE purpose, and they failed to fulfill it.
