They perforated the old lock to install a new one, and they left the mess inside. Something tells me they are gonna try to charge me for not cleaning this (its a health hazard as the metal pieces are very sharp, I dont have equipment to deal with it).
John was extremely kind and helpful in showing me around the unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is the man to see if you need a storage unit. Highly recommended!!
